The number nine is symbolic of the completion of events, as shown in the Tarot. The final out come of centralization. Services denied after the domestication of Aboriginal people. Once people have become domesticated and dependent on services from government and business. The services are taken away, leaving local people to fend for themselves with the loss of traditional knowledge, which would have once guaranteed survival. The new way of survival is now dependent of resources extracted from the ground. Could this be the real reason for centralization?  Does our government want us to be centralized, in order to reach commodities without protest?
